Planning

How early should we start planning?

For a large wedding between October and April, six to twelve months gives you the widest choice of venues and vendors. Smaller weddings and engagements can come together in a few weeks.

Can you plan just one event, such as the henna night or the engagement?

Yes. Many families book us for one occasion, from a proposal or a katb ketab corner to a henna night, and keep the rest in their own hands.

Do you plan separate ladies' and men's celebrations?

Yes. We plan both halls, the timings between them and the zaffa, with separate teams on the day when needed.

Can you work with a venue we have already booked?

Yes. We coordinate with your venue's events team and plan the kosha, vendors and run sheet around its rules.

Do you arrange the marriage contract or court paperwork?

No. We do not offer legal marriage services. The couple completes the contract with the court or an authorised officiant; the steps are explained on the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department website.

Prices and payments

How are your planning fees set?

Each planning tier has a from-price on the planning page. The final fee depends on guest numbers, the number of events and the scope you choose.

Are venue and catering invoices included in the planning fee?

No, vendor invoices such as the venue and catering are separate from planning fees, unless a bundle says otherwise.

How do we pay?

You can pay by Tabby, Tamara, card or cash. Your booking is confirmed in writing, then a 50% deposit secures it, and the balance is due before the event.

What if we need to change or cancel?

Changes and cancellation terms are shared in writing before you confirm, so you know them before paying anything.

Can I estimate the budget before we talk?

Yes. The wedding budget calculator gives you a range in a few minutes, and you can send it to us with the page link.

Venues and permits

Do you have partner venues?

Partner venues are available on request. Tell us your guest count, area and style, and we suggest venue types and options that fit.

Can we have a wedding on the beach or at a family farm?

Yes, with planning. Outdoor and temporary venues must be registered in the Department of Culture and Tourism events system on TAMM by an authorised event organiser or the venue, at least 3 working days before, with a landowner NOC, a land plot document and a site plan.

Do hotels handle registration themselves?

Hotels and registered venues usually handle it as part of their event process. We confirm this with the venue when we plan.

Can we celebrate on a yacht?

Yes. We have our own yachts for proposals and small weddings at sea, with decor, cake and a coordinator; sea conditions and authority instructions always take priority.

Do you plan weddings in Al Ain?

Yes, on request. Kosha installation and planning outside Abu Dhabi city are quoted for the location.
