Our terms

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you request a quote, book a service or work with us on any wedding occasion. Please read them before you confirm a booking.

Our role

We plan and coordinate wedding occasions in Abu Dhabi: proposals, engagements, henna nights, weddings and celebrations on our own yachts. We brief, book and coordinate vendors on your behalf, and we style setups from our kosha and decor collection. The scope of each booking is the scope written in your confirmed quote.

Quotes and estimates

Prices on this website are from-prices, and results from the budget calculator are estimates. A quote becomes final when it is confirmed in writing with your date, guest numbers and scope. If those details change, the quote is updated and confirmed again in writing.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed in writing, then secured with a 50% deposit. The balance is due before the event. You can pay by Tabby, Tamara, card or cash. Our planning tiers and setups are described on the planning page.

Vendors and venues

Venues, caterers and other vendors provide their services under their own terms, including minimum spends, access times and house rules. We coordinate them for you, and their terms apply to their services.

Marriage and outdoor events

We do not provide legal marriage services. The marriage contract and court steps are completed by the couple with the court or an authorised officiant.

Outdoor and temporary venues must be registered by an authorised event organiser or by the venue. Approval of that registration is decided by the authority, and we cannot promise its outcome.

Photos

We photograph setups for our own records. We share photos of you, your family or your guests on our website or social channels with your consent.

Changes and cancellations

Terms for changes and cancellations are shared with you in writing before you confirm a booking.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
