What we collect
When you send the request form or message us, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the wedding details you share, such as the date, guest numbers, venue type, budget band and traditions you want to include.
We do not ask for identity documents or card numbers through this website. Payments are handled through the payment provider you choose.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request, prepare a plan and an estimate, confirm a booking, coordinate your wedding and contact you about it. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated advertising.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the vendors needed for your wedding, such as the venue, the kosha installer, the photographer or the henna artist, sharing just the details each of them needs to do their part. Each vendor handles that information under its own terms.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to answer you and plan your event, and booking records for as long as accounting and legal rules require. Requests that do not become bookings are deleted after a reasonable period.
Deleting your details
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details by writing to us through the contact page. We will delete what we are not required to keep and tell you when it is done.
Cookies
The site uses the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your language and keeping forms and the budget calculator running. Any further measurement cookies are used to understand which pages help couples, never to sell your data.
