Some couples need a full team from the concept to the last guest leaving. Others have it mostly covered and want calm hands on the day. Choose the level of support that fits your family.
Planning that fits how your family works
Every family arrives with something already decided. Sometimes the hall is booked and the aunts have the henna night in hand; sometimes there is nothing yet but a date and a guest number. Our three planning tiers let you hand over exactly the part you want, with our fee shown up front and vendor invoices kept separate.
All three tiers include coordination on the wedding day and a written run sheet. The difference is how early we start and how many decisions we carry: from a handover four weeks before the day, to shortlists and design, to complete planning from the concept onwards. Vendor invoices such as the venue, catering and decor are separate from planning fees unless a bundle says otherwise.

Your booking is confirmed in writing, then a 50% deposit is paid and the balance is settled before the event.

Planning questions
Which tier suits a wedding with the hall already booked?
Partial planning usually fits: the venue is set, and we shortlist the kosha, photographer and music, track the budget and run the day.
Can we change tier later?
Speak to us early. We can quote an upgrade to partial or full planning based on what is left to do.
Is full planning a fixed fee or a percentage?
Full planning is from AED 19,000 or 10% of the wedding budget, depending on scale. Your written scope confirms which applies.
Do the tiers cover the henna night and the engagement?
The tiers are built around the wedding day. Other nights can be added, such as henna night planning or katb ketab celebrations.
